• Customer lists and contact information

This confidentiality obligation survives termination of our service relationship and applies to all VisibleDot team members and subcontractors.

Service Warranties

VisibleDot warrants that services will be performed:

Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Complete security against all potential threats

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisibleDot's liability is limited to:

• The total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• Direct damages only (no consequential or indirect damages)
• Claims brought within one year of the incident

We are not liable for:

• Force majeure events beyond our control
• Client's failure to follow recommended practices

Termination by Client

Clients may terminate services with:

• 30 days written notice for ongoing services
• Immediate termination for project-based work (subject to payment for work completed)
• Payment of all outstanding invoices and fees

Termination by VisibleDot

We may terminate services for:

• Non-payment of fees
• Breach of these Terms
• Abusive or inappropriate behavior
• Legal or regulatory requirements

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction of Uttar Pradesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

We encourage resolving disputes through good faith negotiation and, if necessary, mediation before pursuing legal action.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when:

• Posted on our website with an updated “Last Modified” date
• Communicated to active clients via email
• Accepted through continued use of our services

Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance when possible.
